Life can feel like it’s on hold and we might have even stopped ourselves from imagining a different way of living.

Dr. Workman is passionate about helping her clients work through the difficulties we encounter in life. She founded Mindset Wellness and Consulting because she has been inspired through recognizing the power of mindsets. Mindsets can influence what we strive for and what we see as success.
Through her own life experiences, Dr. Workman has learned that we can use our mindset to cultivate a willingness to feel deeply and live fully, an openness to the unknown, an embrace of curiosity to discover ourselves and our dreams, and an attitude of saying “I’m capable of going on this journey even if I don’t know exactly where it will lead.”

ONBOARDING
You will receive an email with a link to a client portal that is part of your secure electronic medical record. An intake packet will need to be completed to provide additional useful information to facilitate therapy.

INITIAL SESSION
In your intake session with Dr. Workman, you will have the opportunity to share your hopes for therapy and ask any questions you may have. Recommendations and a preliminary treatment plan will be presented at the end of the intake session.

ONGOING SUPPORT
Over the course of treatment, you may repeat brief measures and other forms of behavior tracking to objectively assess your progress. Treatment plans will be periodically reevaluated and revised as needed.
